If you believe your schedule legitimately warrants a reduction in convocation requirements, please complete this form and either submit it
electronically, or submit the paper copy (see the link to the PDF file
above) to the Office of Student Services no later than the second Friday after classes begin (14 September – Fall Semester, 8-February – Spring Semester). This form will allow the Convocation Committee to make a more informed decision concerning your request. NO INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Until a decision is communicated to you by the Convocation Committee, assume you are required to secure 17 credits and attend accordingly.
