Important Information from the Registrar

1. Students who wish to use overseas credit for Erskine College general education requirements must obtain prior approval from the Registrar.

2. Students who wish to use overseas credit for Erskine College electives must obtain prior approval from the Registrar.

3. Courses to be credited toward the major must be approved by the appropriate department chair and the Registrar.

4. Grades earned overseas appear on the student’s transcript but do not apply to the student’s GPA.

Pre-departure orientation

1. The chair of the Off Campus Programs Committee will plan and hold required orientation meetings for accepted candidates.

2. Students who have already studied overseas will be expected to participate in pre-departure orientation meetings.
