Location: Watkins Student Center

Description: This is an opportunity to learn more about local service organizations, as well as volunteer and service opportunities these organizations provide. There will be approximately 20 organizations represented at the Service Fair.

Event: Signing of the Book

Date: Thursday, Sept. 2

Time: 7 p.m.

Location: Bowie Arts Center

Description: This is a traditional ceremony for freshman women.

Event: Formal Opening of Erskine College and Seminary

Date: Thursday, Sept. 9

Time: 11 a.m.

Location: Due West Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church

Event: Faculty/Staff Picnic

Date: Thursday, Sept. 9

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Location: President’s Home on Main Street.

Event: Dodgeball Tournament

Date: Saturday, Sept. 18

Time: 6-10 p.m.

Location: Galloway

Description: Six-person teams are now being formed for a dodgeball tournament to benefit Reach the Children of Rwanda International. The entry fee is $30 per team ($5 per person). Each team member will receive a free raffle ticket and a chance to purchase an event t-shirt for a discounted price of $5.
