Two state legislators, S.C. Sen. Billy O'Dell, R-Ware Shoals, and S.C. Rep. Paul Agnew, D-Abbeville, came to Erskine College and Seminary in December to present college officials with a $700,000 appropriation approved by the S.C. Legislature. The money will be used toward funding a full professorship in political economy and lead to the establishment of a political economy major at Erskine.O'Dell, left, is pictured with Erskine President Dr. Randall T.
