Erskine Seminary Hosts 2003 Allison Open

The first annual Allison Open, a golf tournament honoring Dr. Leon McDill Allison, Dean Emeritus of Erskine Theological Seminary, was held Sept. 29 at Hunter's Creek Golf and Country Club in Greenwood. Thirty-six players entered the 18-hole Captain's Choice contest, with proceeds given to the Leon McDill Allison Scholarship at Erskine Seminary. Shown above is Dr. Allison's grandson, Mark Allison, Erskine College Class of 1998.
