12.12.05 Claire Parnell Erskine's 11th annual Colonial Christmas brings holiday cheer The 11th annual presentation of "A South Carolina Colonial Christmas" at Erskine College provided entertainment and inspiration for audiences at six performances Dec. 8-10. The Christmas entertainment, a fund-raiser for the Department of Music, offered dinner, drama and music in the Bowie Arts Center. Staging the event were the Choraleers and Chamber Singers, directed by Visiting Assistant Professor of Music Shannon Jeffreys, and Sinfonia, Erskine's instrumental ensemble, directed by Dr. Rhea Jacobus. |
