Erskine Alumnus Named Fellow At Holocaust Museum

Chris Carbaugh, a 1971 graduate of Erskine College, was recently selected as the first Mandel Fellow from South Carolina at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Carbaugh's father, a German-speaking American soldier, helped liberate concentration camp prisoners, like the jubilant survivors shown above, during World War II.
