Erskine Alumni Board Meets
Sarah Brice, President of the Alumni
Association Board of Directors, spoke during their meeting held on
Saturday, July 30. The board met to discuss various proposed new programs,
such as a student alumni association, an alumni on-line community,
and an alumni legacy program for the recruitment of children and grandchildren
of alumni. The Alumni Board also discussed the record-setting Living
Endowment Campaign, which raised $746,350 in 1999-2000. The kickoff
for the next campaign is scheduled this fall. Brice also spoke during
the staff appreciation dinner, sponsored by the Alumni Association,
held at the home of Dr. Weatherman on Friday, July 29.
