Evening With Erskine

Hostess Sheila Kahrs of Athens, Ga., speaks with local high school students in her home Thursday night to open an "Evening With Erskine." The Erskine Admissions Office arranges for students, faculty members, and staff members to speak in the homes of alumni and friends to high school students during the fall recruiting period. Jim and Sheila Kahrs, both school principals in Georgia, are the parents of Erskine Admissions Counselor and 2000 graduate Sue Kahrs. During the program, students and their parents were provided an opportunity to ask questions about financial aid, Erskine's academic program, and student life in the academic village of Due West.
