Fuji Provides Major Gift to Erskine for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
Spectrometer
Fuji Photo Film, Inc., in Greenwood has announced a major gift to
Erskine
College toward the full installation and equipping of a Nuclear Magnetic
Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer that will be located in Erskine's new
Center for
Science and Values.
Erskine acquired the NMR Spectrometer earlier in the academic year, and
the Fuji gift will enable
the instrument to be calibrated and put into operation this summer.
The NMR Spectrometer will be used in the chemistry lab to facilitate
summer research
opportunities on campus for Erskine students.
