Erskine Student Government Association Sponsors Workday

Erskine College students participated in a Student Government Association-sponsored workday Saturday, trimming hedges, spreading mulch, raking leaves, and cleaning out the Hangar, a facility frequently used for student events.

SGA sponsors a school-wide workday each semester," said SGA president Nick Brookshire of Anderson. "It's just one small way we try to help out the school and community This Saturday about 25 students from several different campus organizations showed up at 9 a.m. and worked all morning." Students enjoyed a cookout in the Ellenburg Pavilion following the workday.
