Cancellation Policy

In the event a game is canceled (not postponed), our fans may either:

  • Do nothing which designates the face value of your ticket and/or parking pass as a contribution to Erskine Football; or
  • Email a refund request to footballtickets@erskine.edu, within 30 days of the cancelled event (failure to make application results in your refund being designated as a gift to Erskine Football), and you will receive a refund of the face value of your ticket (service and convenience fees cannot be refunded).

Football Ticket Policy

Beginning this year, Fleet Football will ONLY use mobile tickets for single game and season pass purchases for all games. This will allow fans an easy way to purchase tickets and enter the stadium in a touchless manner simply by using a cell phone or a printed copy of the ticket.

  • Lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of management. We will have the ability to manually check you in so long as another person has not already entered the game using your ticket.
  • Every person over the age of two (2) must have a ticket to the game.  Children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket, provided they are accompanied by an adult and must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.
  • Holder must present ticket upon request.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission in its sole discretion.
  • Ticket holder may be relocated in the sole discretion of management, and no such relocation shall entitle ticket holder to a refund or any other remedy if ticket holder is relocated to a seat of comparable face value.
  • The date and time of all football games and events (and the opening of the gates) are subject to change by management in its sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle ticket holder to a refund or any other remedy if ticket holder cannot attend or for any other reason, except as otherwise provided in the Cancellation Policy.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Just a quick reminder — because of federal, state, local and NCAA requirements during the pandemic, we may or may not experience home game cancellations this season. In the event a game is cancelled (not postponed), our fans may either:

  • Do nothing which designates the face value of your ticket as a contribution to Erskine Football; or
  • Email a refund request to footballtickets@erskine.edu, within 30 days of the cancelled event (failure to make application results in your refund being designated as a gift to Erskine Football), and you will receive a full refund of the face value of your ticket (service and convenience fees cannot be refunded).

We also want to remind you that there will be regulations regarding crowd size, social distancing, additional public gathering guidelines, etc. that may also impact the Erskine fall football season. We will monitor those guidelines carefully and keep you informed with any updates and/or further adjustments related to game attendance.
