Kate Macsay learns the “morale dance.”

Dance Marathon, a recently chartered student organization, will host “Party with a Purpose”  Saturday, Feb. 16, from 6 p.m. to midnight in Galloway Center Gym. Registration is $10, and all proceeds will go to the treatment of Children at Greenville Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. As a warm-up for the party Saturday, Dance Marathon invited students to the Bowie Arts Center porch this week to learn a six-minute “morale dance.” The song accompanying the dance will be played once every hour at the Dance Marathon event on Saturday.
