- Apply for admission to Erskine College!
- Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov as soon as possible after January 1. Erskine’s Federal School Code is 003432. One parent and the student will also need to apply for an FSA ID to allow you to sign the FAFSA electronically online at fsaid.ed.gov.
- Select the option below that best fits you: freshman, graduate, transfer, or international.
Application checklist for first-time Freshmen:
- Click the Apply Now button and complete the online application for admission.
- Official high school transcript (completed junior year)
- Optional: Official ACT, SAT, or CLT scores (Erskine is test-optional, but we encourage students from South Carolina to submit test scores for SC scholarship purposes)
As soon as your application package is complete, we will make an admission decision on a rolling basis. Once admitted, you simply submit the $300 enrollment fee to reserve a place in the incoming class. Enrollment fees are accepted only while space is still available for the class.
Application checklist for transfer students:

- Official college transcripts from all institutions attended
The following items are required under the following circumstances: (1) You have below a 2.0 GPA in college (2) You have completed fewer than 24 hours of college work, or (3) You graduated from high school in the state of South Carolina.

- Optional: Official ACT, SAT, or CLT scores (Erskine is test-optional, but we encourage students from South Carolina to submit test scores for SC scholarship purposes)

Application checklist for international students:

- Submit the SAT
- Submit transcript (must be translated into a U.S. 4.0 grading scale and should go through SpanTran, IEE, ECE, or another NACES member). Please contact the Admissions office for details on submitting your transcript.
- Submit proof of English proficiency: English proficiency is required when a student’s native language is not English. Please contact the Admissions office for information on accepted exams and scores.

The enrollment fee and all ancillary documents, such as certificate of finance and official evaluated transcripts, must be submitted before the I-20 process can start.
- Institutional (or University service) fees cover IT, parking, safety and security, student activities, student services, health and counseling services, academic support, laundry, etc.
- Lab: Some courses require use of lab equipment or special instructional instruments. These courses incur an additional lab fee and are listed on a per-course basis in the current edition of the Erskine College catalog. (For more information regarding fees, see a copy of the current Erskine College catalog.)
- Books: All students are responsible for the purchase of textbooks, laboratory books, and digital resources for classroom instruction.
- Room: The room cost listed above is the base cost for housing. Premium housing will carry extra charges on top of the base cost. Honors Housing (Edwards House and McQuiston Hall) charges are an additional $400 per semester. Erskine Apartments charges are an additional $600 per semester. Fleet Village charges are an additional $800 per semester. Single room charges are an additional $825 per semester.
