NEW: Tuition Reset FAQs

Beginning in Fall 2027, Erskine will lower its published annual undergraduate tuition and required fees from $36,710 to $29,000. Tuition and fees for the 2026–27 academic year are unchanged.

Erskine provides generous scholarships and financial aid that reduce what many students pay. A lower published price narrows the gap between sticker price and actual out-of-pocket expenses, giving families a clearer starting point for understanding college costs. Erskine remains committed to an excellent, distinctly Christian education and personal attention to students.

Yes. It applies to both new and returning full-time undergraduate students beginning in Fall 2027. Graduate and seminary programs have separate tuition and fee schedules.

No. It covers tuition and required fees. Housing, meals, books, supplies, personal expenses, and any additional course or program charges are separate.

Yes. Erskine will continue offering scholarships and grants under the new pricing structure, subject to eligibility and renewal requirements. Federal and state aid and outside scholarships remain subject to their respective eligibility requirements and award rules. Students should continue completing the FAFSA each year.

Erskine scholarship amounts will be reduced to reflect the lower published price. The reset is designed to provide returning students with a modest reduction in tuition and required fees after Erskine aid is applied. Your final cost may also change because of other aid eligibility, enrollment, housing, meal plans, or additional charges. Your individual financial aid offer will explain the changes.

Your individual financial aid offer will show your estimated costs and available assistance. Compare the cost after scholarships and grants, then consider how you will pay the remaining balance. The published price reduction will not translate into the same savings for every student.

Current and returning students should contact the Erskine Central about their scholarships and individual costs. Prospective students should contact the Admissions Office for help understanding the new price and available financial assistance.
