Andrea Norman serves as the Director of Human Resources at Erskine College. She brings more than 12 years of human resources experience to her role, with a professional background spanning higher education, manufacturing, and healthcare. Before joining Erskine in 2022, Andrea held human resources leadership positions with Mayville Engineering Company, Fukoku, and Flexible Technologies.
In her role at Erskine, Norman oversees employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, regulatory compliance, and other areas of human resources administration. She is committed to serving Erskine’s faculty and staff with compassion, integrity, and fairness while helping foster a workplace culture that supports the college’s Christ-centered mission.
Norman holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from North Greenville University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lander University. She is passionate about encouraging others and helping employees feel supported throughout every stage of their employment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Casey and their two daughters, Hollis and Grier. Her faith and family are at the heart of all she does.
