Profile

Dr. Fulmer moved to South Carolina from Baton Rouge, La., where she had previously taught Gifted/Talented Music to K-12 students. She also taught at Baton Rouge Community College and Southern University, and was a member of the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra, the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra, and the Jefferson Baptist Church Orchestra.
Dr. Fulmer teaches Communications, Instrumental Methods, and Introduction to Music and directs Sinfonia.
