Assistant Football Coach

B.A., Briar Cliff University; M.S., Lamar University

Profile

Kenneth Trezvant is a collegiate football coach with a strong background in offensive line play, player development, recruiting, and run-game strategy. His football career began as a student-athlete at Modesto Junior College, where he played offensive line, before continuing at Briar Cliff University from 2017–2019. During his time at Briar Cliff, Trezvant earned All-Conference honors as an offensive lineman and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication.

Following his playing career, Trezvant transitioned into coaching, beginning at Modesto Junior College before continuing his career at Adams State University, Presentation College, Western New Mexico University, and Lamar University. His coaching experience includes working with offensive linemen, running backs, and tight ends, coordinating the run game, assisting with special teams, developing weekly game plans, breaking down film and defensive tendencies, and using game data and analytics to prepare for opponents.

Trezvant has also developed extensive experience in recruiting, working across California, Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and the Midwest, as well as recruiting junior college and transfer portal student-athletes. Throughout his career, he has helped student-athletes advance to Division I and Division II programs.

In addition to his bachelor’s degree from Briar Cliff University, Trezvant earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Lamar University.

Trezvant’s coaching philosophy extends beyond football. He believes coaching provides an opportunity to develop young men as athletes, students, leaders, and professionals. His goal is to build technically sound and physically tough football players while helping student-athletes develop the discipline, accountability, and leadership skills that will serve them long after their playing careers are over.
