‘Mipso’ brings bluegrass to Erskine convo Sept. 22

A return engagement by North Carolina-based bluegrass band “Mipso” is scheduled for Erskine convocation Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. in Memorial Hall. The band last visited Erskine in April 2015.

Calling themselves “renegade traditionalists,” the members of Mipso, all North Carolina natives, include Jacob Sharp of Morganton, mandolin; Wood Robinson of Greensboro, bass; Joseph Terrell of High Point, guitar; and Libby Rodenbough of Greensboro, violin.
