Thanksgiving Day community meal marks 15th year in Due West

The 15th Annual Community-Wide Thanksgiving Dinner in Due West is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 23 in Moffatt Dining Hall on the Erskine College campus.

Assistant Professor of English Shane Bradley said members of the Erskine community, including students who will be on campus Thanksgiving Day, are invited to participate in this opportunity for fellowship over a free holiday meal.

The dinner is made possible by donors and volunteers from the Due West and Donalds communities. Last Thanksgiving more than 400 meals were served in Moffatt and some 150 meals and bags of canned goods were delivered to community members unable to come to the dining hall.

Anyone wishing to assist with the meal or to provide the name of someone to be added to the delivery list may contact Shane Bradley: bradley@erskine.edu
