Lucy Hutto joined the Flying Fleet as Head Coach of the Women’s Soccer Program in 2024.

Hutto, an alumna of Erskine College and four-year member of the Flying Fleet program, joined Erskine after serving as Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach for five seasons at Gardner-Webb University. During her time with Gardner-Webb, Hutto helped lead the Runnin’ Bulldogs to three separate Big South runners-up finishes. In those three championship appearance seasons, Hutto helped Gardner-Webb to an impressive 31-23-10 overall record, including a .620 (18-7-4) winning percentage in Big South play.

Hutto graduated from Erskine College in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and minors in Psychology, Business, and Health. She also graduated from Gardner-Webb with her MBA in May 2020.
