Ways to Give

Giving Opportunities

The generosity of alumni and friends has been vital to Erskine since its founding. Every student who has ever enrolled at Erskine has been the beneficiary of the kindness of people who passionately believe in and support our mission.

Annual Fund

Gifts to the Annual Fund are also known as “unrestricted gifts.” When you give to the Annual Fund, you provide scholarship assistance to students; salaries for faculty and staff; educational and recreational facilities; and enhanced educational opportunities. (Yes, some of your gift even helps pay for everyday needs like utilities.) Ultimately, you help make Erskine more affordable for students.

Annual Scholarships

These are scholarships are provided directly to Erskine on an annual basis and are distributed to students according to parameters specified by the donors.

Designated Gifts

Working with the Advancement Office to match interests with specific needs, donors may designate their gifts for specific purposes. These purposes may include endowed scholarships and special projects, causes, or events. Such gifts are often called “restricted gifts.”

If you have questions concerning the Erskine Fund or giving to Erskine, please call (864) 379-8881.
