Profile
Sharon Bradley has lived in Due West most of her life and has had the opportunity to experience many art exhibits and musical performances at Erskine from an early age. She studied piano and also accompanied the high school choir under the tutelage of Erskine alumnae Mrs. Margaret King and Mrs. Barbara Lauderdale.
Bradley is a member of Due West ARP Church but currently serves as the pianist and choir director at Greenville Presbyterian Church. She serves as co-coordinator of the annual Due West Community Thanksgiving Dinner, chair of Reach the Children of Rwanda International, and volunteers in the church and community as time allows.
Initially majoring in Music, she studied under Dr. James Clarke at Anderson College (University), later graduating from the Honors Program and earning her B.A. in English with a concentration in World Literature.
Professional Experience
Bradley has worked in several business fields as well as higher education in the Registrar’s Office at Anderson College, Director of Financial Aid at Erskine Theological Seminary, and Assistant to the Provost at Erskine College before landing in her current position. She enjoys working with faculty, staff, and students, especially as Erskine grows into the school model and expands in the intricacies of payroll, HR matters, and the work-study program.
Personal Interests
Bradley homeschooled her two children and saw them through Erskine and on to their first careers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, cooking and baking, reading, attending concerts and traveling with her family, and serving in church and ministry.
