Faculty art show reception canceled

The reception originally scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 17, at 4 p.m. has been canceled to allow the Erskine Community to attend the funeral of  Dr. Hans Engler.

An exhibit featuring works of mixed media, photography and printmaking by Assistant Professor of Art Sharon Linnehan, Assistant Professor of Art Jan Walker, and Professor of Sociology Dr. Stephen Sniteman is on display through Dec. 15  in the Bowie Arts Center on the Erskine College campus.

The Bowie Arts Center is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and closed on weekends and college holidays.

Winter Weather Update The safety of our students, faculty, and staff remains our highest priority as we monitor the progress of the winter storm. Due to icy roads and low overnight temperatures predicted for Monday night, classes will be canceled through Tuesday. Staff members should plan to work remotely through Tuesday. Both classes and in-person work will resume on Wednesday. We will continue to monitor conditions and will provide updates as needed.
