Learn from a registered dietitian, engage in hands‑on demonstrations, and prepare and share healthy recipes!
Erskine’s Food Is Medicine Workshop is a one‑day immersive experience led by Associate Professor of Health Science and registered dietician Dr. JuliSu DiMucci-Ward, an expert in public health and healthcare genetics. The event is open to high school students, Erskine alumni, and community members interested in learning how nutrition shapes lifelong health.
