Medical School Day at Erskine

On October 21, Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine will be on campus to participate in the first Medical School Day at Erskine from 11:30-1:30 p.m.
The medical school admissions office, the mobile medical clinic, and medical students from the college who are currently completing their clinical rotations at Self Regional Hospital in Greenwood will be on campus to offer health education and health screening to faculty, staff, students, and members of the Due West community during this time. Erskine’s Pre-Med Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta, will be assisting with this event. Students will have opportunities to volunteer to serve their community and learn from the VCOM team in attendance. Weather permitting, the event will take place on the mall outside of Moffatt Dining Hall next Tuesday. If weather is an issue, the event will take place in the lobby of the Daniel·Moultrie Science Center.
