Profile
Professor Williams grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Oglethorpe University, and an M.S. in Business Economics from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. His academic work focuses on understanding how macroeconomic forces, market structure, and competitive pressures shape firm strategy. After spending nearly a decade working with financial advisors, planners, and wealth managers to help grow their practices, he developed a particular interest in how industries evolve as competition intensifies and organic growth becomes increasingly constrained.
In the classroom, he emphasizes the practical application of economic principles, equipping students not only to interpret markets, but to make informed strategic decisions within them. He is committed to preparing students for professional excellence, while encouraging them to maintain their guiding principles through Christ.
